Peaches are the hallmark fruit of Summer, with flavors unmistakably juicy and sweet, nothing else is like it; peaches are sunshine incarnate! This sparkling wine with natural flavors is a special summer release, and it reflects the delicate fruit and pastry notes of a fresh peach cobbler. Tart, yet tantalizingly sweet, the zesty effervescence is inviting and invigorating.

Picking early and fermenting lightly on the skin yields a cuvée with beautiful ruby color, light silky tannins, and extraordinary aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, and the elusive cran-raspberry.

Chenin Blanc is barrel fermented and aged for less than 8 months. This particular lot was harvested from Dell City Vineyards and possesses floral and melon notes with a rich finish.

Our Estate Red is roughly a 50/50 blend of errante noir and paseante noir. The two varietals have signature characteristics that reflect petite sirah, cabernet sauvignon and zinfandel with deep, purple violet color, hearty tannins and aromas that are jammy fruit – damson plum, black cherry, blackberry, blueberry with subtle herbal notes of oregano, lavender and dried rose petals.

Our Brut Sparkling Wine is a blend of 85% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir, and 5% Chardonnay. This sparkling wine is crisp and clean, with rich, toasty fruit aromas and clean citrusy flavors, with an abundance of effervescence and showy mousse.

Our Dominum Tinto Port is a blend of Tinta Cao (37%), Tourgia Nacional (35%), Tinto Nero (27%), and Muscat of Alexandria (1%). Rich berry, chocolate and coffee aromas are all wrapped in a warm, oak nuanced sweetness.

Spanish in origin, and more often red than white or rosé, this is a style of wine that uses various fruits to bring freshness and exotic aromas to wine for an exciting beverage.

Roussanne has a brassy, green-gold color and a small amount of oak aging. A delicate, lemony aroma with a hint of green pear, graham cracker, and a touch of jasmine green tea make this a very fragrant wine. The flavors are equally pleasant, with a subtle lemon curd, dried orange peel, and tea notes balanced against a modest acidity.

When it is crafted as a rosé, Tempranillo's rich red-berry notes are graceful, the tannins are delicate, giving structure and balance to the bright fruit characters. Lavishly pink with a lightly candied finish, this dry style of rosé is the perfect match with BBQ or Gulf Coast seafood.

Pinot Grigio has aromas of dried lemon peel, banana and canned pears that are carried along with flavors of apple butter, lemon grass, and toasty bread.

Thicker skinned and generous, large clusters with a loose structure, make it well suited for areas that might see summer rains; the open cluster makes it less prone to potential rot problems. Spanish conquistadors certainly did not plant Tempranillo when they passed through the Llano Estacado, but Tempranillo has been embraced by many growers and producers in West Texas as a variety that does well in the High Plains' climate and soils, and it is quickly becoming the "grape" of choice in Texas.

Our Muscat Canelli is a slightly sweeter take on an age old favorite. There are Ruby Red grapefruit notes in the aroma, along with elderflower, guava, pineapple, and lychee fruit. It is a mix of tropical fruit nuances with a medium sweetness.

Primitivo is a bold red wine with rich, ripe berry and plum notes and velvety tannins that make it easy to drink.

As red blends go, many wine consumers overlook the blends of the Iberian Peninsula, blends that encompass Tempranillo and Grenache, Carignane (Mazuelo) and Mourvedre (Monastrell) and much more in between.

This delightful sparkling rosé is fresh, light and so refreshing! Summer berry-fruit nuances and delicate floral scents are captured within the ever-present effervescence. The perfect wine for any occasion, this bubbly rosé is crisp, dry and perfectly balanced.

Sangiovese is one of the most recognized Italian red grape varieties. It is a moderately thick skinned variety, prone to setting large crops, and usually light in color. Typically, Sangiovese holds onto its acidity and is not overly tannic, and is lighter in body. The 2023 vintage was a particularly hot growing season, with daily triple digit temperatures lasting for 6+ weeks. The yield was moderate, but the overall color intensity was affected by the heat.

This is a classic Rhône-style blend, featuring the two all-stars of that region. Delicate stone fruit aromas, citrus peel, and floral notes that play off the rich and silky palate are definitive and elegant.

Our reds are harvested, crushed, and cold soaked for 3-4 days. After that, they are inoculated with their specific yeast strain depending on varietal and stylistic choice. We will perform 2 daily pump-overs and delestage on days 6, 7, and 8. They will be pressed out around day 18. Then, they will age in barrels for around 24 months in French Oak before bottling.
