This particular wine also highlights our unique terroir here in the Texas Hill Country with smoky, hickory notes and soft notes of leather. Well balanced with notes of black cherry and tobacco.

smokey plum, pepper and spice as well as deep and rich with great tannins. This is a stellar barbecue wine.

Albarino not the typical maritime influence as we know in West Texas but it does retain those crisp fruit and citrus notes that pair exceptionally well with seafood, especially scallops. One of my favorite pairings with Albarino is sushi or ceviche.

Bright cherry and sweet balsamic with an herb and raspberry finish. This light bodied red is built perfectly for Texas summer sipping.
