Elisa Christopher Wines is a family run winery by husband and wife team, Elisa and Chris Jones. Chris and Elisa purchased their 43 acre property in 2022 and hit the ground running on building a production facility and tiny house tasting room. While Chris and Elisa love still red, and white wine, Chris and Elisa are passionate about making traditional method sparkling wine in Texas. They’ve invested in champagne equipment from France and for neck freezing, riddling and disgorging and are excited to be pioneers of mechanization to sparkling wine in Texas. They believe we need more sparkling wine as every day has an element in it to celebrate. Elisa's family has historic Texas roots having come to Texas in 1855 as farmers, she helped her father plant his vineyard in Burleson Country in 2007. Although Elisa is a 3rd generation Aggie, she attended Texas Tech's winemaking certificate program while she was still working for the Department of Defense, so that she could move back to Texas after years of travel to make wine. She convinced her husband Chris to complete his winemaking certificate from Texas Tech during COVID so he could assist her as a “cellar rat.” As Chris has a full time career as a land planner, his skills were vital in laying out the winery property for future expansion. If you would have asked him 15 years ago if he would be making wine, he would have said he would have a greater chance of being an astronaut than helping make wine!

Hilmy Cellars is an artisan winery in Fredericksburg, offering a diverse selection of wines, from robust reds to crisp whites and elegant rosés. Our grapes come from select growers and our estate vineyards, known for their warm weather varietals. Our dedicated winemaker focuses on single-varietal wines and sophisticated blends to showcase the grapes' purest expression. Meierstone Vineyards is a family-owned winery in the Texas Hill Country with elevated wine and deep roots. Making wine for seven generations in the county, the tasting room resides on the family's 555-acre working farm and ranch in Stonewall and is steeped in history. Proudly supporting Texas viticulture, the granddaughter, Krystal, makes award-winning wines with 100% Texas grapes. Meierstone Vineyards promotes environmentally friendly farming practices, winemaking processes, and barrel aging programs. The wine portfolio showcases the terroir of Texas, which is celebrated with every vintage.

Located in Hye, Texas just off Highway 290, our contemporary, relaxing tasting room opened in late 2023 and offers wine tastings, wine and food pairing events, small plates made with locally sourced items and live music. Enjoy indoor or outdoor seating. Kid friendly and dogs are permitted on lease. Our wines are crafted from 100% Texas grapes from our estate vineyard as well as other exceptional Texas vineyards. Our winemaker and owner Janet strives to produce well-balanced, clean wines that can stand alone or be enjoyed with food. She also likes to focus on single varietal, single vineyard wines where possible and produce the best expression of that grape and highlight the time and place it was grown.

Situated in the rolling hills of central Texas where the Pedernales River meets Grape Creek, Signor Vineyards is owned and operated by a fifth generation Texas family, continuing heritage of horticulture, farming and ranching. In 2018, seven siblings and their parents acquired the old Torre di Pietra Winery property in Fredericksburg, Texas, with a vision: to challenge convention and craft wines as layered and complex as the human mind. From that idea, Slate Theory Winery was born. Inspired by philosopher John Locke’s “Blank Slate Theory”, the belief that we are born without preconceptions, the Jones family entered the wine world with no prior experience. It was all in their heads—fueling the brand’s signature motto: Fill Your Head. Today, Slate Theory Winery brings that vision to life in the heart of Texas Wine Country. Guests are invited to explore our immersive tasting experiences, including an underground wine cave, a striking new 8,500-square-foot tasting room, a state-of-the-art production facility, and an exclusive members-only lounge.
