Full-bodied with silky tannins thanks to some serious time in barrel and bottle, it delivers luscious notes of black cherry and ripe raspberry, all balanced by just the right touch of acidity and a whisper of graphite A hint of cedar and cocoa from 24 months in American oak rounds out the finish, making every sip feel like a warm embrace.

A smaller harvest only yielded us 213 cases of this delectable fan favorite. Alicante Bouschet, which is one of the few red grapes that has red flesh as well as skins (a teinturier grape) created a wine this vintage with a deep garnet hue. Aromas of sweet tobacco, blackberry compote, black pepper and brioche greet the nose-on the palate, the tannins are soft and juicy. Flavors of ripe berries, spice and sweet plum make this a great wine to enjoy on its own or with grilled fare.

Notes of cocoa-dusted strawberry, tobacco, leather, and root beer jump out of the glass. The wine sips smoothly with fine-grained tannins and flavors of smoky bramble berries. Candied cherries and vanilla on the lingering finish make it an excellent after-dinner drink or to be paired with hearty Italian dishes like osso bucco.

Dark ruby in color with heady notes of berry pie, thyme and sweet toast. It drinks big and bold with ripe red fruit, gripping tannins and smooth finishing notes of leather and spice. Best paired with a nicely marbled rib-eye.

Crafted exclusively for our club, this reserve Tempranillo was made with open-top barrel fermentation, giving it a silky, juicy body. Ripe dark berries and a touch of mocha draw you in, while its long, lingering finish keeps you coming back for more.

This Mediterranean style blend has grapes that can be found in Spain, Italy, and France- these grapes all came from the Texas High Plains of course. The Carignan carries the acidity, Mourvedre brings body and structure, Sangiovese lends its fruitiness and spice, and the Refosco adds some depth and complexity to the finish. All in all, they come together intentionally to create a wine full of red berry, plum and spice notes with a medium body and rustic tannins.

Introducing the highly coveted EFP label, named after one of the owner's sons, now available in the 2020 vintage. This exceptional blend of Chenin Blanc (78%) and Viognier (22%), originally popularized in South Africa, offers a tantalizing bouquet of ripe pear, tangerine, and lemongrass, beautifully complemented by a luscious and velvety mouthfeel. The flavors of succulent pineapple, crisp green apple, and delicate chamomile make it a perfect pairing for rotisserie herb chicken or creamy alfredo pasta dishes, making it the ideal wine to welcome in the Spring season.

On the nose, indulge in the enticing aroma of caramel red apple and ripe plum, which will have you salivating before your first sip. Light in tannins and silky smooth, this wine is easy on the palate, with delicious flavors of fruit punch, cherry pie, and a hint of anise.

Deep straw with a hint of green in hue, honeydew melon, gooseberry, and kiwi aromas strike a balance between tropical and more traditional notes. Sur-lie aging and a dash of Viognier have married to create a crisp and inviting mouthfeel with a nice weight to the mid-palate that reveals green apple and pineapple notes with a subtle minerality. Clean and dry on the finish.

Pale yellow in color with aromas of white peach and lime zest bring a freshness to this wine. On the palate, the rich, almost creamy mouthfeel with citrus, mango and floral notes, would satisfy the most ardent of chardonnay lovers while not being oaky or buttery. If you love un-oaked chardonnay-this is the Texas white wine for you!
