Our Tempranillo-Cabernet exhibits sumptuous red fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry from the Tempranillo, juxtaposed with the darker Cabernet Sauvignon flavors of blackberry, black currant, and cassis.

This full-bodied, inky wine follows the Spanish tradition of incorporating Cabernet – here, 62% Tempranillo and 38% Cabernet Sauvignon – using grapes grown exclusively in the Texas High Plains, just a few miles from the Texas-New Mexico border.
