Medium-bodied wine, ruby in color, aromas of blackberries, currants, and tobacco with a touch of smoke. Long chocolate finish. Aged in neutral oak, a true Texas field blend, blending the reds that grow best on the High Plains of Texas.

Dry Italian blend of Sangiovese, Montepulciano & Primitivo. Deep garnet in color. Aromas of cranberry, raspberry and tobacco. Smooth taste of leather with a cherry finish. Aged in French oak. Pairs well with red sauce, Bolognese, roasted meat and root vegetables. Blended from Texas High Plains and Texas Hill Country grapes.

Medium yellow in color, fruity on the nose with aromas of lemon, nectarine and green apple. Long finish of green apple. Pairs well with light pastas, chicken-asparagus risotto, or Manchego cheese.

Light bodied with aromas of stone fruit and ripe bananas, and a slightly herbaceous note. Pairs well with tangy flavors like mustard or lemon, light herbs such as basil or parsley, light fish, or poultry.

SILVER MEDAL Medium bodied. Light gold in color. Aromas of banana and pear. Notes of melon, citrus and honey. Long finish of lemon and apple. Refreshing acidity stands up to complex spices. Pairs well with creamy sauces, poultry, and seafood.

Full bodied and deep purple in color. It is fruit forward with aromas of dark cherries and light hints of clove and spice. Aged in a combination of new and neutral French oak, it features soft oak with medium acidity. Its lovely balance makes it a complement to any gathering. Pairs well with flavorful grilled or roasted meats, hearty stews, well-aged cheeses, and dark chocolate.
