Nose

A nose of lemon grass, cut hay, and ripe fruit.

Palate

The palette is full of pear, quince, marzipan, and saffron. As this wine opens up in the glass, it tends toward sage and baked pear.

Drinkable now, but with age, this wine will deepen in intensity of color and expression of fruit and its mineral base.

Aging

33% French Oak for 10 months

Appearance

This 2021 Roussanne displays an energetic yellow color in the glass.

Food Pairing

Pair with herbed goat cheese, pasta with a garlic cream sauce, or Burrata with grilled peaches.

Serve chilled between 45 and 50 degrees. No decanting is required, but this wine will blossom in the glass over time. Drink now or hold for 3-5 years.
