Nose

Present with bright, zesty aromas of fresh citrus peel, particularly lemon and grapefruit zest.

Palate

Hints of floral notes and minerality on the palate.

Bottling

This rustic and ancient method of capturing effervescence in the bottle is a true representation of the "naturally sparkling" translation of Pétillant naturel. The wine is bottled before primary fermentation is complete, without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. The wine then completes the fermentation process in the bottle, capturing CO2 and resulting in a lively and terroir-driven sparkling wine.
