A medium+ wine with subtle notes of cedar, baking spice, and cocoa that are integrated seamlessly with dark fruits - cherry, blackberry and plum. The long finish is punctuated with a bit of cherry pie filling.

30 months in 37% new French Oak, 13% new Hungarian Oak and 50% neutral French Oak barrels
