Nose

This powerful Cabernet opens with dramatic aromatics of fire-roasted cherries, bourbon-soaked cobbler, campfire smoke, and clove. Beneath the richness lies an elegant thread of lavender, pipe tobacco, and dried herbs.

Palate

On the palate, it’s full-bodied and structured, with waves of black cherry, plum skin, and maraschino. Lush fruit meets grippy tannins and a smoky, savory edge—creating a wine that’s both luxurious and grounded in the rustic character of its site.
