Winemaking
This Alicante Bouschet is incredibly bold—deep purple, nearly opaque in the glass. The aromas hit you right away: blackberry jam, plum, and this nice cedar note. On the palate, it’s powerful but polished, with dried cherry and a touch of almond that give it a mellow, elegant finish. The grapes came from the sunniest, most vigorous parts of the Llano River Valley, which helps give the wine its intense color and full-bodied richness.

Inky purple, opaque
