Winemaking
The Sueños is such a comforting sweet red—it pours a deep garnet with soft ruby edges, and the nose is pure dessert: ripe plum, dark cherry, and a vanilla warmth. On the palate, it’s full of blackberry and sweet cocoa, with a whisper of spice. It’s rich but balanced—not cloying at all. The fruit was grown in soils that encourage depth and complexity, and it really shows. It’s ideal with chocolate desserts or even spicy barbecue.
