Winemaking

Hailing from One Way Vineyard in the Texas High Plains AVA, nestled in Floyd County, this wine is cultivated at an elevation of 3,130 feet in well-drained Pullman clay loam soils. Aged for one year in a precise blend of 50% French oak and 50% American oak, it has further matured with over three years of bottle conditioning.
