Food Pairing

Malbec is most associated with Argentina and its natural pairings are lean, fire grilled meats, but this more medium bodied expression has great pairing breadth - it also matches well with pork and fowl as well as with Italian tomato sauce-based dishes, stews and hard cheeses.
