Nose
Our newest Viognier offers a classic honeysuckle/white flower, ripe peach and honeyed apricot nose that reminds us of Texas springtime.
Palate
The mouth feel is full and viscous, with the honeyed stone fruit themes and melon notes continuing, balanced with a medium acidity and a rich, clean finish.
Winemaking
A perennial Perissos favorite makes its long anticipated return with a perfect wine compliment for this time of year.
Appearance
A rich medium gold in hue.
Food Pairing
This wine is an ideal pairing with shellfish such as lobster and shrimp and does very well with fatty fish including salmon, white meats like chicken and pork as well as exotically spiced Asian dishes that respond well to such an aromatic wine.
