Nose

Ripe blackberries, plum pit, grilled plum, black cherry syrup, molasses, charred wood, smoke, and dark chocolate.

Palate

Full-bodied with powerful yet silky tannins; dark berry fruit and dark chocolate unfold across a mineral-driven palate with depth and tension.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Teroldego to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Grilled meats, cassoulet, lamb chops, steak au poivre, and hard cheeses. Serve at room temperature and decant.
