Palate

Juicy and full-bodied with ripe dark fruit, medium tannins, notes of vanilla, and oak spice.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Sauvignon to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Texas chili, bison burgers, ribeye steak, brisket, and aged Gouda. Serve slightly warmer than room temperature and decant gently.
