Nose

Dark cherry and blackberry layered with cocoa, toasted oak, warm baking spice, subtle earthy tones, and leather.

Palate

Full-bodied with rich dark fruit and smooth, integrated tannins. Blackberry and plum carry through alongside cocoa, spice, and savory depth.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow this blend to develop balanced structure, bright fruit, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Smoked brisket, grilled steak, barbecue ribs, hearty stews, and aged Gouda. Serve at cellar temperature and decant fully.
