Woodsy and complex with rich broth, forest floor, plum skin, juicy blackberry, and hints of red fruit.
Palate
Medium-bodied with balanced structure supporting lingering fruit and tertiary notes; serious yet refined.
Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Dolcetto to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Herb-crusted pork loin, pizza, crispy potatoes, charcuterie, and Manchego. Serve slightly chilled and decant gently.
