Nose

Blackberry and black plum layered with violet, graphite, warm spice, and subtle herbal lift.

Palate

Medium-plus bodied with bright structure; dark berry fruit is balanced by savory spice and mineral tension.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Graciano to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Grilled lamb, braised beef, chorizo dishes, tomato pasta, and Manchego. Serve at room temperature; do not decant.
