Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Carignan to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Spiced poultry, braised meats, lamb meatballs, mushroom risotto, and dark chocolate torte. Serve at high cellar temperature and decant fully.
