Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Spiced poultry, braised meats, lamb meatballs, mushroom risotto, and dark chocolate torte. Serve at high cellar temperature and decant fully.
