Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Dolcetto to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Pizza, grilled meats, tomato pasta, lamb chops, and aged Gouda. Serve at high cellar temperature and decant gently.

Growing Conditions 100% Estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from the Texas High Plains AVA Food Pairing Excellent with grilled ribeye, herb-crusted lamb, or roast duck with portabella mushrooms.
