Nose

Lemon twist, delicate spice, faint floral perfume, and subtle Moscato-family aromatics.

Palate

Medium-plus in body with gently viscous texture, lemon zest, soft spice, floral notes, and liqueur-like richness.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Giallo to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Crab, lobster, roast chicken, cream sauces, and triple-cream cheeses. Serve chilled; keep partially on ice.
