Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Tempranillo to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Barbecue, paella, tomato dishes, grilled steak, and Manchego. Serve at cellar temperature and decant.
