Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Mesquite ribeye, brisket, lamb chops, wild game, and aged cheddar. Decant 30 minutes at room temperature.
