Full-bodied and powerful with dense structure, firm age-worthy tannins, concentrated dark fruit, savory spice, cocoa, and mineral depth.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Tannat to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Mesquite ribeye, brisket, lamb chops, wild game, and aged cheddar. Decant 30 minutes at room temperature.
