Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Teroldego to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Rabbit gnocchi, filet mignon, couscous, grilled meats, and aged cheese. Serve at cellar temperature and decant.
