Winemaking
Grapes are hand-harvested and cold-soaked prior to fermentation to enhance color and aromatic expression. Fermented with neutral yeast to preserve the varietal character, then aged 14 months in French oak barrels to develop structure, gentle tannins, and subtle oak complexity.
