Palate

Medium-bodied and elegant, with flavors of red cherry, plum, and subtle dried herbs. Smooth tannins and bright acidity lead to a long, refined finish with hints of spice and leather.

Winemaking

Grapes are hand-harvested and cold-soaked prior to fermentation to enhance color and aromatic expression. Fermented with neutral yeast to preserve the varietal character, then aged 14 months in French oak barrels to develop structure, gentle tannins, and subtle oak complexity.
