Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Lamb gyros, chicken fajitas, jalapeño poppers, herb-crusted pork, and feta. Serve at room temperature and decant fully.
