Nose
Fruity, floral, and fun, Carignan is like a walk on the wild side - all wild berries and bushes. With a kiss of oak spice, this wine will especially highlight rich holiday dishes.
Palate
Velvety fruit characters are at the forefront, wonderfully balance by sweet oak spice and an overall polished feeling. The polish extends to the palate, with a satiny texture and lengthy red-fruited finish. Nicely floral, especially expressive with decanting.

Food Pairing
Our estate Carignan varietal wine is a great food wine which pairs well with a prosciutto and aged Gouda cheese tray or cinnamon bread. Serve at cellar temperature and decant simply.
