Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Grilled ribeye, smoked brisket, barbecue ribs, chili, and smoked Gouda. Serve at cellar temperature; no decant needed.
