Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Roast duck, pork loin, turkey, tomato pasta, and beef stew. Serve at cellar temperature and decant.
