Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Merlot to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Duck, braised meats, roasted mushrooms, prime rib, and Gorgonzola. Serve at cellar temperature after double decanting.
