Nose

Ripe black fruit, dried blueberry, dusky flowers, sweet leather, soft red plum, and a gentle campfire note.

Palate

Full-bodied with rounded texture and notable development; earthy tones and savory depth unfold across an approachable palate.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Mourvèdre to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Duck, grilled red meat, mushroom gnocchi, lamb tagine, and beef stew. Serve at room temperature; decant gently.
