Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Creamed chicken, risotto, white sauce pasta, sheep cheese, and pork. Serve lightly chilled; decant if desired.
