Nose
Flowers, spice, toast, and ripe stone fruit verge toward tropical, opening into a substantial, expressive perfume.
Palate
Rich and mouth-coating, with nutty, woodsy depth and a softer, savory character framed by sophisticated restraint.
Growing Conditions
Estate-grown in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where fine sandy loam soils, warm days, and cool nights provide the setting for Sémillon with depth and character and a distinctly Texas sense of place.
Winemaking
Aged 48 months in oak, using 70% neutral American and 30% new French barrels. The combination adds gentle oak influence, texture, and savory depth while preserving the wine's distinctive character.
Food Pairing
Enjoy with crab cakes, mushroom tartlets, goat cheese croquettes, creamy white enchiladas, or duck. Serve chilled, but do not overchill.
