Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Viognier to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Pairs beautifully with crab cakes, lobster, roasted chicken, creamy pasta dishes, pork tenderloin, or soft cheeses such as Brie and triple-cream cheeses. Serve fully chilled.
