Nose

Expressive aromas of pear, yellow apple, chamomile, and honeyed almond, with subtle floral notes and hints of dried herbs.

Palate

Medium-bodied and textured with ripe orchard fruit, soft honeyed tones, and gentle spice. Bright acidity and a slightly savory edge give the wine lift and balance through a smooth, lingering finish.

Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.

Aging

Drink now or cellar 3–4 years

Food Pairing

Excellent with fresh goat cheese, and especially good alongside flat-iron steak with caramelized cipollini onions or comforting dishes like chicken and dumplings, where the wine’s acidity helps cut through richer flavors. Serve lightly chilled.
