Nose
Waxy white florals lead the nose, brooding rather than overtly aromatic, with stone fruit notes slowly glimmering through as the wine warms in the glass.
Palate
Fiercely dry with bright minerality that heightens the perception of dryness. Stone fruit remains restrained while delicate white flower notes linger.
Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow Trebbiano to develop bright fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
Perfect with clams in white wine, white pizza, garden salads with pecan vinaigrette, fresh white-fish fillets, or Pecorino Romano. Chill fully and keep on ice.
