Growing Conditions

Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where warm days and cool nights allow this blend to develop balanced structure, bright fruit, and natural acidity.

Food Pairing

Roast quail, chicken pot pie, Brie risotto, pork belly, and turkey with cranberries. Serve lightly chilled; do not decant.
