Nose
Aromatic and slightly whimsical, blending soft florals with fleshy fruit notes. The perfume feels gently restrained, allowing the richer side of Viognier to show through.
Palate
Soft and almost sweet in impression, balanced by good acidity that keeps the wine lifted. The body is nearly full, with florals and ripe fruit in equal measure.
Growing Conditions
Grown on our estate vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA at 3,500′ elevation, where sandy soils, warm days, and cool nights help shape vibrant fruit, balanced structure, and natural acidity.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs beautifully with crab, lobster, roast chicken, turkey, softshell crab, pecan-crusted catfish, or corn soufflé. Serve chilled and keep the bottle partially submerged in ice.
